GMAT practice tests

21 full-length tests, 1 free

The current exam is simply the GMAT, and a course or a book written for the older paper is telling you about its age rather than its content. Three sections: Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Data Insights — which folds the old Integrated Reasoning together with data sufficiency, and is where candidates who prepared on older material lose the most. You also choose your section order and may change a limited number of answers per section, a decision worth rehearsing rather than improvising.

Available tests

Packs

Buying several tests at once costs less per test, and you choose which of the GMAT tests go into the pack.

Paid by card on this site, in US dollars, through Stripe. The exact amount is shown before you pay. A question bank or practice test needs an account: you sign in first, and it opens on that account as soon as the payment goes through.

How to sit one

Every test, free or paid, needs an account, so your answers and score survive a closed tab. Each test can be taken twice and stays on your account for 12 months. Twenty of these tests come with the GMAT group course and open on the day of its last topic lesson; of the one-to-one packages, only the 50-lesson Ultimate package includes them. A single test or a pack is bought here by card, and you choose which tests go in.

To drill one topic at a time rather than sit a whole test, use the GMAT question bank.

TestPrep AI Tutor talks you through the questions you got wrong

When your GMAT practice test ends, pick a mistake on your results page and the lesson starts. The tutor won't just read out the answer: it asks you, writes the steps on the board and lets you find where you went wrong.

On the GMAT it works through Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Data Insights questions.

Your first 2 mistakes are free (up to 10 minutes)

No card needed to try it, just your account.

Then 30-minute blocks at $4. Unused minutes stay on your account for your next practice tests.
