Who you are contracting with

TestPrep LLC., 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126, United States. Teaching is delivered online by its teachers; there are no premises and no in-person lessons.

Prices and currency

Every price on this site is in US dollars and is charged in US dollars. There is no conversion at checkout. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own rate and fee, which is between you and your bank and is not something we see or control.

Prices shown on marketing pages are rounded to the whole dollar. The exact amount, to the cent, is shown before you pay.

What a booking includes

• Private lessons are 90 minutes, or 60 minutes for IB Internal Assessment, Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge supervision. A prepaid package of 10 or 20 lessons may be used across any subjects we teach for that exam, and does not have to be spent on the subject it was bought for.
• Group courses run for the stated number of hours in a class capped at six students. Where the exam has a question bank and practice tests on this site, they are included with the course.
• Prepaid lessons are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Rescheduling and missed lessons

Move a private lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice and it costs you nothing. Less than 24 hours, or not turning up, and the lesson is deducted from your package — the teacher’s time was held for you. If we cancel a lesson, it is not deducted and we reschedule at your convenience.

Group course sessions are recorded where the teacher agrees, so a missed session is not a lost one. That is a courtesy, not a guarantee.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied after your first private lesson, or after the first week of a group course, you get a full refund. Ask by email and we will process it — you do not have to justify the decision.

After that point, unused prepaid lessons are refundable less the lessons already taken, charged at the single-lesson rate rather than the package rate. Group courses are not refundable after the first week, because the class is running and the place was held.

Practice tests and the question bank

Questions and practice tests are our material or licensed to us. You may use them to prepare for your own exam. You may not redistribute them, publish them, or feed them into a service that republishes them. Accounts found sharing credentials are closed without a refund.

A score from a practice test is an estimate produced by our simulator. It is not issued by the awarding body and we do not present it as a prediction of your official score.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a score. Nobody honestly can, and this site publishes no score-improvement figures or averages for that reason. What we commit to is the number of hours, the class size, the lesson length and a teacher experienced in the subject — and you can ask how experienced before you book.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the revision date at the top of this page changes with them, and anything already booked stays on the terms it was booked under. Questions: info@testprep.com.tr.
